This place does not hold up to customer care when they damage things. My wife took her car in on Friday for an oil change and on Saturday we found where the skid plate/ cover on the undercarriage of the car was hanging. I saw where the plastic clips had been broken and placed back in the factory holes that were just hanging there. So we go back first thing on Monday for the staff to tell us they can “zip tie” it and when asked why they can’t replace the plastic clips they broke, they had us pull into the bay. As soon as we turn the car off and get out, the tech under the car in the pit yells “I remember this car, the clips were broken when it came in”. I highly doubt with all the cars in and out of there that you remember the exact car brought in a few days later but ok. If the clips were broken when it came in, then why was the skid plate/ cover not hanging before? All I wanted was for you to replace the plastic clips you broke and take care of your customers. Guess you don't believe in customer service anymore, so don’t mind when I don’t return and support your business.
