I went in person and had a better experience than i anticipated. The woman helping me was very kind, patient, & informative. We got everything situated and processed quick. Doing things online or over the phone just doesn't do justice. I recommend this office for anybody seeking assistance. UPDATE: I went back with the written letters that the previous employee told me i needed and she would help me fax them. Unfortunately she wasn't there today and the unfamiliar woman helping me said i was flat out denied and couldn't even hear me out when I tried to explain the situation. I wish I caught the name of the other employee because she knew what she was doing, and this other person was plain rude.

Been calling for 2 weeks to tell them I'm on bed rest for pregnancy and can not go to workforce for the requirement. Now I'm going to get sanctioned for something that is out of my control. I've called through out the day everyday and not one answer . Now I gotta risk losing my baby to go up there and speak to someone when it could've been done over the phone!!!!
