Hello Rebecca. I would assume that it is the same as Dallas County or any other county in Texas. i do recommend that you visit the Tax Office in Kaufman to assure you get the proper answers you need to make the transfer.
No. Because in Tarrant county they require you have a license thru them to do it but in Dallas you dont need one
