Apparently, Garland Police are conditioned to always answer "I don't know that information." What do they know? Can they even give an intelligent answer using their own brain? This department is a joke. At least Dallas PD (under-staffed) are better.

Law enforcement are also trained not to say anything they are not 100% sure about. Some cases offer a little more lenience than others. "What do you know about my case?" Is something only your assigned detctive can answer because he has your file. Not every officer has the same info or even access to said info.

I don't know what was your problem. I have always had answers to my questions. Try calling the non emergency number and ask your question. I believe that you would get your answer.
