Does this place ever have specials? Even a small special would help. I have been trying to move here for a couple of years but I cannot seem to catch up with the prices. I just found out they charge for amenities! SHAME

Wow, must be something new. Took me two years of saving to get in. They told us no specials ever. To my knowledge they never have any specials at all. They also go up on your rent EVERY renewal. Nice community tho. You just do not end up using all the amenities. I have never used the car wash or workout centers.

Yes they do have move in specials, that's how I got in, you would have to call the office to see if there are any now
