I’ve called Fairfield home for almost 5 years now! I am still really enjoying my place. I miss the activities they used to do in the clubhouse for residents before Covid, I wish those would come back, and the parking can be a hit or miss, but the neighbors are friendly, the pool is clean, the landscaping is really nice too. I love seeing all the flowers! Madonna is always so friendly when I see her in the office and her as well as her team always take my concerns or complaints seriously and act quickly. Thank you for a great place to call home!

My wife and I have lived here for only a month and a half. Our experience thus far has been great. The management and office staff are very helpful and pleasant. The apartments are safe and maintained well.

I have lived here for the past year. Overall, my experience has been good. I have given 3 stars for a few reasons, here are my pros and cons: Pros: 1) Nice, clean complex for the most part 2) Nice office staff 3) Apartment was pretty nice for an apartment (was in the smallest 1 bedroom they offer) Cons: 1) My truck got broken into (while locked) and my personal belongings stolen 2) My laundry room door broke because it was old and the maintenance guys came back with the most jacked up door… 3) Barking dogs every night in building #10… I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend only because of how much they are charging for rent now. I was paying $1,220 and they wanted to increase me to almost $1,400. They’re not worth that price.

Terrible experience. Aside from Brianna and Candice being very friendly and welcoming my experience living here has been a nightmare. Theft is a very big deal here. All 4 tires of my BRAND NEW CAR got stolen on the third night after brining my car to Fairfield Ranch and that night the same thing happened to 2 other cars. I received a very unpleasant call from Madonna (the community manager) which once again reminded me that they are not responsible or liable for what happens in the apartment complex and to tell me the gate was in fact closed that night when the theft happened. It is ironic she had to mention the gate being closed because I’ve been living here for almost 5 months and have seen the gate broken more than a hand full of times. She said they can’t take any other security measurements and in her own words said I should have gotten wheel locks to prevent this theft from happening (which in fact my car already had.) In our phone conversation I told her all this could have been prevented if they were more informative on what is going on in the apartment complex and her response was that they are not obligated to tell tenants what is happening in the community. After almost everyone saw my car sitting on 2 bricks since I was parked inside the gate and directly across from the business office I started hearing from multiple people that this has been an ongoing thing at Fairfield Ranch. I can’t wait to be out of this apartment complex. Oh, and by the way if you want a garage there’s a waitlist.
