Small, scenic, secluded. Worth a visit. 13.9 Acre park along the north side of the confluence of Cypress Creek, and Little Cypress Creek, inside the small, quiet, Lake Cypress Estates neighborhood. It has 0.37 miles of paved trail, some benches, picnic tables, creek views, open space, fishing, creek access by foot.

It's open to the public. Managed by Harris County
No, but everyone does it at the creek. As long as your critter has manners, nobody cares.
No. They don't permit 4-whellers to be driven around the lake. Nor do they allow pets to get in the water to swim because people are fishing and they don't want to be responsible for a person's doh getting caught on a fishing hook.
Technically yes but you would have to walk across private property and the creek to get there.
Yes you can fish here. Like the other person said you may have to hike to find deeper water. There are catfish in there as well as small mouth bass and a decent amount of alligator gar. Be careful as it is very easy to get your line snagged in the water on roots and or debree
No there are no soccer fields/basketball courts/ or volleyball courts. Just a small park with benches. Not even playground equipment here. More of a picnic park
