They Do have some for sale in Modesto yard.
The Merced yard has cars for sale also
I'm sure they do have a few cars for sale at almost all their yards. Most bigger yards like Modesto/Stockton have a much bigger variety. What they have available and condition/price will vary from yard to yard.
