Every day they have a color tag that is 50% off and another color tag is 30% off. The color tag that is 50% off also means that color tag on CLOTHES is just 99 cents! I find SO many great deals here!!!

Yes. Discounts can equal half off. Almost every day there is certain merchandise discounts based on the price tag/sticker color. My estimate is the discount amount & price tag/sticker color is changed weekly.
