Waste of time you provide documentation just to get denied then they know all your info for nothing, They’d rather you be homeless and even then I highly doubt they’d help. Rude staff . “Broken promises” is a more appropriate name for this so called little organization !!! The place is a joke I highly suggest to go else where!

I'm having a blonde moment! 🤦🏾‍♀️ (My previous review was for a dentist appointment in Racine, I apologize!!!) Family Promise has been nothing short of phenomenal for my family! I appreciate EVERYTHING that they do, have done and will do !

I can’t believe I haven’t left a review sooner! Family Promise helped my son and I a ton during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Now that our circumstances are better Joe and the team at Family promise continue to offer house hold products, Christmas gifts, and more. I walked in today and seen my family’s story and photo printed on Lisa’s desk and it brought me to tears. Family Promise is a God given organization!!!

I cannot thank this program a lot already. They have been so helpful and supportive. I thought we were going to lose our apartment, but they helped us through. I just want a say a huge thank you to Callie the case manager who worked through my application. Thank you so much.

Our focus is on families with minor children. At the moment our shelter is at capacity.

Can you help people living in Racine?

For shelter we help anyone we are able. Unfortunately the shelter is currently at capacity. We only provide rent assistance to families with minor children who live in Waukesha County.
