When I switched over to Verizon, the representative was very nice and friendly. Explained everything to me and even handed me a paper quote so I could see the changes that would happen on my account. Plus they helped me get a free tablet!

Every time I come to this location, they say we can’t help you, every time is different excuse, sometimes COVID, sometimes we don’t have enough staff, sometimes the guy who’s suppose to help you is not here. The moment I got into the store I felt not welcomed by the guy at the door, he was talking to me from the beginning in a way that hey we can’t help you here just call the customer service on the phone, if I wanted to call I would’ve not driven all the way here to talk to someone, be respectful to your customers

My go to- My business has been using Verizon for years now and have mad mixed results with in-store assistance. However, at this location staff are always friendly and helpful. Today, I was helped by Eric and he was nice, honest, SUPER fast, and helpful. Thanks for making my job easier!

I know most companies send their services to other countries but when you spend 2 hours speaking to VERIZON and TWO SUPERVISORS tell me they corrected your billing error and they don't do it what do I do?

my phone is frozen. I opened an APP IMBD and it won't let me close. I tried turning phone off, but the screen for IMBD won't l away so I can put in my passcode
