These guys are amazing and I love coming back time and time again. Today when we visited to try and take someone with barely any clothes on a little shopping spree, they were super helpful and wanted to help as much as they could, making sure we understood all the sales and could get as much as we could for her. When there was a price issue at the register, they were also super quick to fix it. Thank you for all of your help today, and keep doing good out there. It is appreciated very much! <3

Hello Doretha, if you are seeking assistance from St.Vincent de Paul, you would need to start at one of our conferences. These conferences (housed in many churches throughout waukesha county) assist people closest to them in a variety of ways from rental assistance to vouchers for clothing or furniture and yes, some even have resources or funds available for vehicle repairs. Once you have spoken with the conference, they will assess your situation and determine what kind of assistance they can provide. I would suggest calling either the store or the waukesha council office to learn which conference would be able to assist you. Thank you!
Yes, you can schedule a pickup on their website or by calling their truck pickup number
Yes
As far as dropping off they are pretty selective on what they will accept. As far as delivery I'm sure there is a fee cuz they don't do anything for free. Most of the items there are for pick up only
Monday - Saturday | 9am - 6pm Sunday | 11am - 5:30pm
There are barriers at the checkouts.
We would accept twin frames and headboards however we do not take mattresses or boxsprings as donations. Thank you!
Yes they pick up
Yes, on Tuesday.
That's all there taking at the moment nothing bigger.. and you have to get there early to get a ticket to get in line
Yes, starting monday donations will be open at Waukesha and the Oconomowoc stores. 8am-4pm Monday - Saturday.
Yes, I believe so...I'm 99% sure they do
Yes as long as they ste not used.
They have loads of coats, shoes and other winter items up for sale, especially right now!
I believe they do. They have trucks that pick up from certain areas, so I would look at their website or call them and ask, but I do know they pick up furniture, it just depends on locations, I believe.
I think they did years ago but I don't know anymore
Usually about half an hour
Drop off at salvation army
