I want to bring an elderly person and wondered if there is a lot of walking & if the path is paved or fairly flat. My guest can walk but not long distances. I read there are benches for resting. I’m hoping it’s not too much for my guest.

Some slight inclines if walking all of the pathways... But the paving is good.... Wheelchair friendly

You may not be able to do the whole path, but what you are able to do will be beautiful.

There is a "flat path" circuit that avoids steps and steep inclines. It allows views of the entire garden, if not actually entering every location. The flat path is marked on the map you will be given at the visitor center.

Most paths are paved, quite a few benches along the paths in shades, you can just rst and enjoy.

Paths are paved and mostly flat. It's beautiful everywhere, so you'll be happy no matter far you get. Also there are benches all over with good views.
