When I went there at 5:45pm on a Friday night with potentially broken ribs, why was the door locked and the doctor looking sheepishly at me from a back room like he was hiding? Don't you close at 6pm? If so, why was he refusing patients?

I agree. I gave them 5 stars because the one doctor I have seen each time I have been seen was excellent! Asked good and concerned questions and made sure I received great care.

He was probably still working with other patients, that is when they call back the patients, take care of Rx that need to be done, etc.. Last appointment is 5:30, it would be his staff that handle the door and patients coming in, maybe his staff was gone because there was no more patients physically there.
