Truly Grateful

Convenient location, good doctors the biggest issue is they don't really have a cap in the amount of new patients they accept. So when you call to make an appointment you are most times waiting for months to see a doctor and expect to wait for a while to be called back to see the doctor and then even longer for the doctor to come into the room. Also there are days that you will not get any answer on the phone from the scheduling desk and they won't call you back to schedule an appointment either. I live close by so I tend to just go in and schedule my appointments. Front desk staff and the nurses are all very nice (i've also been coming for years so i know all of the front desk staff).

The lack of professionalism on this place is unbelievable. No -sense of responsibility in the front desk. But the Doctors are great they just work in the wrong place

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star, and dam near the whole staff needs to be replaced, from the girls at the front desk who are always on their phones having side bar conversations, and the two nurses who seem to not care about the patients with their Dismissive attitudes,I've complained about them on more than one occasions but nothing seems to be getting done they don't return calls and it is really impossible to get a hold of anyone in that office, I've been calling since last week and haven't gotten a call back yet, not everyone can make it into the office, it's ridiculous looking for a new doctors office because this one doesn't seem to give a dam...

I give it a one star because It doesn't allow to give them zero stars.....the girls at the front desk they are cool but the two register nurses are so stuck up and forget they are Spanish just like us....my mom has stage 4 kidney disease and her legs leak water and she has open wounds.....they looked at her legs and acted like my mom was disgusting and didn't want to touch her so because of that i reported them now Everytime i go in there.....they have a problem with me....smh
