Highly doubtful she doesn't even want to handle the rioters tearing through your city

I would like to know why the city smells so bad? I live in Bridgeport and steward system smells really bad and only here, but on the Southside, west and parts of the Northside as well. Also why does the CPD and the Alderman in Bridgeport and the State Rep. will not do anything about the drag racing on Archer Ave. I have lived on this street, since 2008 and called and talked to numerous officers at the 11 district, but nothing has ever been done. This last week from the 11th of September to the 20 this past Sunday, there was racing and gun shots and the police never came. The noise is so extreme, we have to turn our TV volume up to extra loud to here. This goes on until 3 and 4am, so therefore we can't get to sleep until this ends. They start this drag racing around 9 or 10pm. I know this is a main and busy street, but they use it as a racetrack!?
