DOL denied my eligibility after paying me 7 weeks; I appealed and won...94 days later. Can this office reinstate my eligibility if I have letter of reversal?

When I call the recording says your claim is not payable you will be at a later date I've collected 20,000 since december the option to check your balance says I have 7 000 no one answers the phone tomsriver unemployment is gone ???

I was told by security guard this office is permanently closed. I ask them where the unemployment office relocated the security guard don't know.
