Went there expecting to pay a certain amount due to the pricing online, ended up having to pay 1.5x more than what was said online, and had to be rescheduled due to not having the tires I ordered online and still not having that brand available after being told over the phone they can order then for my next appointment, not using pep boys again for any servicing.

I went to get a tool to remove the carpet anchors in my trunk. I have a new car so I am not in the market for any car parts, but Pep Boys was fully stocked with car parts. The part counter guy took me right to the part I needed and even gave me two choices since I balked at the first choice. The only concern was that the auto part was a bit pricey, but I need to remove my trunk carpet to replace my broken tail light before the weather goes down hill.

So I needed four new tires, found a good deal on them and got them put on and done all in the same day. Cliff one of the Service managers went above and beyond helping me out with all the need to know things about my car and even helped Solve a problem That I mentioned about that was a different issue I had with my car. Cliff was a big help honest and ludget. It's tough out there and him and his crew at pep boys try to make it easier for us when it come to our Vehicles. Keep up the good work guys.
