Parts will be torn down. Amazing Jake's and JC Penneys have the longest remaining leases. Jake's will close in early summer 2019. Penneys will move to another part of the mall that isn't being torn down.

It's gonna get torn down. No info about where it may be relocating. Next time you're there, ask them about it.
