What started as an ok experience ended up being one where Dr. Diana-Beatrix Velicu yelled at me on the phone explaining how she was all knowing when it comes to my child and disregarding what I didn't want for my son and then hung up on me when I disagreed with her. My son needed a tooth removed that had died and she kept trying to get me have 4 teeth removed. It never made sense to me so I got a second opinion from someone who said it wasn't needed. I politely told Dr. Diana Velicu that I did not want what she offered and just wanted to remove the tooth that I originally came for. That's when she began to yell at me about her experience and how I was wrong and then hung up on me. If your opinion about your own teeth or your children's teeth matter stay away from this place. I cant speak for everyone there but I can say that Dr. Diana-Beatrix Velicu is extremely rude and disrespectful.

I had a wonderful experience!!! The staff was very helpful and super informative. Karen was super nice and made me feel very comfortable during my time there. The front desk lady’s and everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. I definitely will be back in 6 months!

Dr. Chawla and her staff are all amazing. Dani and rosy were so helpful and kind. They got me scheduled same day and were so polite the whole time.
