She needs to call the city that the supposed warrant is out of & find out what the whole thing is about. If she really does have a warrant, find out what the consequences are & how much jail time she is facing. A person will go to jail eventually if they have a warrant. Better to turn one's self in on a Friday evening so that maybe it will be so crowded they let her out early. Good luck to her, Ms. Scott
