They help with other companies but you won't know if appointment is needed till you go on Tuesday. They are closed on Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday are Snap, TANF as well as help with lights and their most crowded days.. Friday is senior day but other persons can go for assistance be it food or lights etc.
Just walk in. It's only TXU they help with, but just see. Also, I believe one other person said that if you're not a senior don't go on Fridays.
