Called to schedule an appointment for a service tech to come out and give me a quote for window glass replacement. Spoke with someone named Andy. The guy was rude and condescending. Maybe he just woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but there’s no way I’m giving any business to people that lack basic customer etiquette.

Hi Karen, We cans end someone out to measure and depending on the type of glass and window it could more than a week but we will attempt our very best to get completed as soon as possible. Yes,although I'm not sure of the cost,but I believe they will also advise you that they will not be responsible if the mirror breaks
If you take the door to them they can install it too.
We are open to interviews with experienced professionals with valid drivers license and can pass drug testing.
