Great local business to bring your online or other store bought balloons for helium fill. Hi Flo available and string at the self serve station, the owner helps guide you if it's your first time. Very knowledgeable and has tips posted for best balloon durability. The location also sells balloons and supplies as well as makes custom order with time in advance. I have been going for a few years and had to get use to the hours since they're only open Mon-Fri and close for an hour at noon but every time I fill my balloons on Friday for a weekend event, they last very long!

Lana was great, customer service is on point! She gave me some quotes, and even helped me save money as well by advising me on what to do for my particular balloon arrangement. They are also less than half the price I got quoted at a nearby place as well. They are my go-to now!

Went for service. Saw a lady through the glass sitting down in the suite as I pulled up. Get to the door pulled to open and I was locked. Checked google to make sure they werent closed or anything... Nope not closed. Go to the window where she was sitting to get her attention and the lady looks dead at me and turns her back against me. Lol. What is wrong with people these days. Found another company right around the corner on Franklin. The lady was a breath of fresh air. Lol I just can't believe she turned her back on me. And I actually rang the door bell the sign is very big. The office shes talking about is to the left and has a WINDOW to it. Take responsibility for and move on instead of being passive aggressive. LANA TURNED HER BACK ON ME. Thanks!
