Paid for the “luxury” package (over 10k). Which was supposed to include all the tableware and none was put on. There was supposed to be a flower wall behind main table and only had about 4 strands of LEAVES. When we called the person in charged the following day they said that we should have told them the day of. Anyone that’s had a party that big knows you don’t notice those things because you’ve already signed a contracted saying that those things will already be there. Not to mention, they have HUGE groups of under age kids going from ballroom to ballroom eating and drinking alcohol. I had to personally get on stage and kick them out.

There are different sizes of premises and different price it is best to make an appointment
