People start lining up at like 6, but I've gotten there at 9 am before, and a few times after 12 pm and was still seen within 2 hours. So me personally, I'd go around 9 am. Since you haven't eaten you might wanna get there sooner. Maybe you should apply for SNAP benefits too!

I agree they are closed on Mondays but Tuesday get there early sign in. Also sign up for SNAP benefits. Take proof of income (award letter from Social Security). They will help you. You just have to get there and be patient.
