Yes hammock and ues stay off disc golf course. When you pull into the parking lot to the far left end of the lot there is a sign that shows a map of the course. So long as you stay off that you should be good, a beautiful and awesome Park with plenty of space and privacy if you so desire. Pretty busy on the weekends and Mondays after working hours. Tuesday afternoons there's usually yoga and other afternoons there is fitness camps and such, however those activities take up a very small portion of the real-estate.
