Waited two weeks to receive the wrong part for my Dewalt sander. My total, including $9 shipping, was only $33. They wanted me to ship the incorrect part back at my expense. Then i would be charged shipping again to get the correct part. That would result in $27 total investment for shipping a $24 part. The best decision was to cut my losses a write an honest review. Really disappointed in their lack of customer service.
