I’m not going into details until I finish my lease. But just know if you can afford a better place, do not move here. It’s rockwall and an amazing school district. That is why I’m giving 2 stars, not for the apartment but the area it’s at. It says “freshly renovated” that means they painted the outside, ugly colors at that, but inside is a whole different story.

This will be the second review they flagged google to remove. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE, ITS A GLORIFIED PAINTED TRASH CAN AT BEST. The building quality is so shotty, you can hear people talking in their living room walking from your car to your apartment. I had several friends comment on a conversation i was having just coming up to my apartment. The new owners went up 350 bucks on rent, i understand you want to raise it up to market value but I'm getting no upgrades at all and paying 350 bucks more. Unacceptable. The un-renovated apartments are 100 bucks less than the new and "improved" don't pay 1755 to come here save the headache and go to Pebble Brook or the commons. I came here because it was the cheapest option. Now there are apartments offer more sq footage for slightly higher price. Make sure you get stainless steel appliance. You might have something decent to look at. There's a hole in the wall to make the microwave fit and open LOL. THIS PLACE IS A TRAP, GO TO SONOMA COURT OR PEBBLEBROOK YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DECISION TO MOVE HERE. even with the upgraded apartments you can pay 100 bucks more at Sonoma and get 120 sqft extra. Save yourself the headache. They delete bad reviews, if this one is deleted google will be contacted for flagging and you will be punished for not following google guidelines. I went ahead and screen shot this review and i will contact google if it gets deleted. (I want to state something positive; the maintenance crew and management are amazing.)

I turned in 3 maintenance reports. The only one that was fixed was the ceiling fan. I don’t think they understood what I meant on the others.

We really appreciate the time and effort used when they maintenanced our ax system..it's much better but we don't know if there's potentially a deeper problem if they could follow up sometime this week and check the progress it would be greatly appreciated
