We will sadly be moving my grandmother from Evergreen due to health reasons. She has lived there for many years. They have the most amazing and caring staff and have treated her like family. All four staff members are truly angels. She has developed many friendships and we are so blessed that she was able to spend so many years in such a wonderful place. Thank you Tonia, Joye, Cory and Josh for everything you do!

I love this place! I have lived here since 2013. The maintenance staff are always very quick to get to work orders and the ladies in the office are top-notch. They are patient and so helpful to us seniors. Any time there are resources available to help us Tonia is so kind to assist with the paperwork and computer. I hope I never have to leave here. This is the best place in Rockwall.

Moved in end of May. Already leaving. We had to sign our lease without seeing the apartment. I should have seen the red flag then. They do not take care of the buildings and maintain your living area. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO SOMEONE I CARED ABOUT.

Yes, we do allow pets. Our deposit is $300 per pet and $10 monthly pet fee.
