We used Jerico to install new granite counter tops in kitchen several years ago. They did an outstanding job and also did back splash. We were very happy and decided to use them for bathroom remodel in basement. They added a shower and moved sink and toilet over to make room. It was necassary to remove closet in bathroom to make changes. This work required jack hammering floor to install new drain and toilet drain. They did this installation to our compleat satisfaction. I recommend them highly for any work you need done. They are expensive but they give you a quality job start to finish. Very happy with the results.

I stared this kitchen remodel in early March 2021. I was guided to an expensive marble backsplash which did not match the countertop. I was forced to going out on my own to purchase other tile. They did install the new backsplash but would not refund my expense of their backsplash. The kitchen fixtures broke within 9 months of installation. At the end of the remodel the expensive tile they took. And now the sliding drawer in the pantry is barely holding on. I have asked numerous times for a detail breakdown to no avail. 9 months later they find the missing tile. I’m very disappointed in Jericho. I suggest you shop around before using this company.

We are so pleased with the results in all our bathrooms that were worked on, and the quality of the products used! The people we worked with were wonderful! First Bill Bergmann, Sr. Designer was helpful and advised us of the latest products and helped us save money as we decided on products. Then Preston Jamison, Project Mgr. was responsive and stayed in touch as the remodel proceeded. Then our remodeler Gary Villanueva was GREAT! He was timely if not early every day, cleaned up and kept the mess to a minimum. We are so happy with the results and would recommend them over anyone else. Jericho was the right choice for our kitchen renovation. I appreciated the attention to detail and respect for our property. Our Project Manager, Preston, stayed on top of our timeline for completion and provided us with a comprehensive schedule. Brandon's installation skills were exact with cabinetry, and the backsplash is impeccable. He was very aware of not disturbing our daily routine as we worked from home. We are very pleased with the final product and would choose Jericho again.
