I had to give 1 star just to give a review. I came in the day before and asked for Bohemian braids. I also let them know I am a person that does not like to sit long. I came in at 10AM the next day, and they only put 1 person on my hair. I did not leave the shop until 10pm that night. I was in so much pain, sitting in a chair for 12 hours. My hair all the way down to my spine was in excruciating pain. I had to go next door to CVS to purchase pain medicine when I left. I mean I was really traumatized. I was the second person to enter the shop, and the last to leave. There were atleast 4 other customers getting lengthy hair styles, and they all worked as a team to help the other clients, but no one came to help the 1 girl on my head until around 7pm someone came in to help her. Can you imagine if she was still alone. I would not have got done until 12AM. I mean I am in so much pain. The only thing a lady said to me was that I need to exercise patients. I told her she needs to have empathy. I was in tears and more pain at that point. What a way to come home to visit. I really think they were attacking me, because they are all Muslims and I was listening to my Pastor preach while getting my hair done. I mean everything in life is spiritual, and I truly believe they did that on purpose. But God said do not touch my anointed and do my propphets no harm. May God have mercy on all of them IJN. AMEN.

Very ghetto behavior , tax evasion, illegal staff, and Awful customer service. I called ahead to get my hair braided down for a wig, they said $60. I came in to get my hair braided and she did a great job. Pulled out my debit card to pay, she then tells me “we only take cash”, mind you at no point of me calling ahead did they tell me they only take cash. I was like “ok what time do you close? I can run and grab cash from the ATM, or if you or someone has cashapp, zelle etc i can send it that way”. Instead of being reasonable she keeps telling me to go to cvs, and then proceeded to LOCK THE DOOR with me inside of the building being ganged up on by 4 women in my face. End up getting pushed and having to defend myself. But stay away from these awful people. Dirty salon with dirty people

I only got box braids they did a good job...it was 3 braiders on my head so that is why im giving a 4

Rude and lazy do not knot the ends of the braids after braiding, do not oil your scalp, braid super tight, Leaves hair out the braid , not neat
