B.J. is 11 years old and my constant companion. My husband is in renal failure and vet expenses other than shots is difficult. Her hind legs give out and standing and walking is difficult. She does not complain but I know she is in pain. Thank you.

As I said, I need to take B.J. to the vet and we know the vet is going to want to do surgery. We can Not afford it. Is there a vet in collin county that will take care of her issues at little to no cost. A free clinic for pets would be great.
