The ladies at customer services are rude , it looks like they dont like there job so they should go look for another one . Machines never work or they never wanna give yu money back , always gift cards .

All the ladies I dealed with on this particular situation.

They are rude I ask a lady to help me and she was working and gone say she was on break

I agree. I just called the bakery and they were so rude they didn’t answer my question and just hung up the phone

Typically that is regarding store policy. It's not their choice to do that.

I go every week for a wire transfer & they are always nice too me

We've never had to go to Customer Service but I do notice the line is always long.
