i don't usually like to leave bad reviews on places that I still visit on a regular basis BUT, a few weeks ago I was shopping around the cosmetics dept. and a beauty concierge gave me a cosmetics coupon. I left it in my cart and ended up not using it. after checking out and heading to the doors AP (assets protection) young man with a man bun decided to stop me and ASSUMED my coupon was a cosmetics item that I was stealing. A PIECE OF PAPER . didn't even look at my receipt, and simply said 'Oh you didn't use the coupon?' . LOL , please do a better job . I worked at another location for almost 6 years so I KNOW I wasn't stopped for any other reason besides the assumption that I was stealing.

Pegah self check out was extremely rude! I always come here and never had any issues in regards with coupons! Questioned me why I had such amount of items! The self check out had already accepted the coupons all she needed to do is accept the coupons! Worst customer service ever!
