They are unprofessional and never want to answer the phone or they hang up like what’s the point of having a job

I understand the frustration but every business is under manned and it's just as frustrating for employees as well. Let's learn to be patient. It's a virtue well rewarded.

Linda could not have said it any better. We are in unprecedented times, and we are all learning to work with minimal staff. It can be frustrating to the consumer and well as the employee. Rudeness is never a get out of jail free card, but we must work together, with patients and tolerance, to get through this.
