I was wondering why there is not revised store hours due to inclement weather like snow. If so, why not revise the phone greeting telling customers they are not open until 10 for ex due to the precipitation?

I understand that. I did a dry run there they said they were open but they wasn't open. At least make some kind of comment on the phone
