I absolutely refuse to go anywhere near this hospital. They are still enforcing a mask mandate even after it has been stated by Fauci and the CDC that masks do not work nor do they even help. The enforcement of their mandate is due to the Biden Admin continuing to state that masks are necessary in any hospital or doctor's office. I refuse to abide by a political decision by anyone who is doing it strictly to enforce their power over everything you say and do. Update: These people just do not get it. Even the CDC no longer requires masks. Your statement about how the CDC still requires them is completely wrong. The ONLY reason they do is because the dims are refusing to admit that they are wrong. Even Fauci no longer recommends them. I stand by the first part of my statement. If I could give you less than a 1 star rating I would.

Deceptive billing practices! TL;DR: Insurance card clearly states no copay for ages 19 and under for office visits. Confirmed 3 times with 3 different employees that this would be an office visit. Attended a scheduled appointment at clinic during normal business hours. Was treated by NP for allergies. Received bill for $50 copay a few months later and many, many phone calls from their in-house collections dept. Have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this. STILL NOT RESOLVED. *** My child's insurance card very clearly states on the front that there is zero copay for office visits if under age 19. My child's regular physician is part of this practice, and we were told that one of their benefits is the clinic for unexpected sick visits. When my child was unwell with a suspected sinus infection, I called in the morning and made an appointment for her to be seen at 4:20pm. Prior to committing to the appointment, I asked them to verify that it would be billed as an office visit with zero copay. I waited on hold so they could check with the insurance. They confirmed it would indeed be billed as an office visit with zero copay. When we arrived, I asked again for confirmation that it would be billed as an office visit with zero copay before we signed in. They checked and confirmed. We waited an hour in an empty waiting room before being taken back to a room. We were seen briefly by a kind male NP who felt it was not a sinus infection but likely seasonal allergies. I respect that he didn't prescribe antibiotics or anything else, because I realize that can be harmful. We followed his suggestion of a cool mist humidifier and OTC allergy meds. On the way out, I stopped at the desk for one final confirmation from a third employee that this would be billed as an office visit with zero copay. Yes, they said. About a month later, we started receiving bills and phone calls for a $50 copay. So much time has been wasted on this, it's unbelievable. It has been 11 months, and it is STILL not resolved. Extremely frustrating!
