Fast, good service, nice staff. I came in on Sat as a walk in, I have always difficulty find my dr available for a same day visit so I called this location at 10 am , they do accept hmo insurance (which it was another issue I had calling other places) , got there at 10:30ish.. by 11:20 i was out! Only one person in front of me, nurse was taking my vitals and notes about my symptoms.. they moved me to another room waiting for a dr, after 5 min came in another nurse to take a strep test, which I love bc usually you see the dr first then you wait for all the test .. my test was positive, dr walked in, asked me some questions.. And done! Fast!!! As I needed!

I recently took my Cousin, that I help care for, to see Dr. Hinshaw because he had an accident on a bicycle and hurt his shoulder. I have been knowing Dr. Hinshaw for years, via family members and friends that saw him, and I have to tell you that when you go to his office and meet him and his staff, they are exceptional people. Customer Service has been long lost, it seems, sometimes. But at Dr. Hinshaw's office, it is still there and strong. He also takes walk ins (which is almost unheard of anymore)and I believe he has been there at that location for over 44 years! I just can't say enough about Dr. Hinshaw and his wonderful "bed-side" manner. He is a great Doctor and just an all around kind individual. Very "Down to Earth". Thanks so much for your services, Dr. Hinshaw!

I recently relocated to Texas from out of state. I needed to find a new doctor. I mentioned to the front desk when I called that I am looking for GP to establish a new doctor in the area. She asked me what a GP was, then put me on hold and never came back.
