Ours has kept in fridge for a week with no problem. We go through it fairly quickly though. About 2 gals a week. Milk does freeze well tho and you let it thaw out its as good as the day you got it.
About 3 weeks, but you can freeze it too. It thaws out well and the benefits remain!
It's a little thicker so it can last about a month. I keeps mines the very back of the fridge
