Rude disorganized disrespectful of people's medical needs! Messed up my insurance. Not one thing is right about this company. THIS IS NOT ABOUT POLITICS BUT COMMON SENSE AND RESPECT!!! Outrageous that a medical facility that does not believe in science. I POLITELY ASKED SHE RUDELY REFUSED TO RESPECT MY MEDICAL NEEDS! What kind of medical facility allows unvaccinated tech to refuse to wear a mask while doing a procedure on someone who is autoimmune! Didn't bother to tell me it was supposed to an 8 hour fasting test and bragged about not being vaccinated. Wasted my time endangered my health and the heath of others. ********UPDATE TO UR RESPONSE: I did contact the PLANO office manager and it is yet another issue if she did not inform you about the call and the issue but your office manager merely stated that is the corporate policy and had nothing else to say nor could/would do about it. I had to schedule another appt at a different yet proper health care facility that respects peoples medical needs and that is how I found out it was supposed to be an 8 hour fasting before the test. So the entire thing would have been a waste of time with the added bonus of being treated badly and unprofessionally wasted my time and money. Inaccurate test results, lost time from work and billing/insurance problems (like the last time) after your office submitted to the wrong insurance based on info you retained on me from over 3 yrs prior as the front desk did not bother to update my insurance even after I gave her my new insurance info. Apparently in addition to all of that I now also need to check for political PAC funds and ethics issues before I schedule my medical appts. Why can't you just do your jobs with respect for peoples health care needs without imposing your political views on people who are just trying to deal with life threatening health issues***
