My 1st gal. from Lavon has been wonderful. 2 weeks in the fridge, only half gone, a white line is forming on the inside the bottle and white "flakes" in my coffee. It still tastes good! Is it ok to finish this bottle? I'll drive 4 hours for more.

If it doesn't taste objectionable drink it up. Souring of raw milk is the process of cheese making, separating of curds and whey.

I have not bought milk from them, so cannot comment on it.

I have had their milk for several weeks and it is definitely sour. I'm not throwing it out because I use it in old school recipes that call for sour milk ... this is the sour milk it calls for. The smell is not offensive like the processed milk can be. The whit line is probably the cream rising to the top. You can always shake it.
