My daughter, Adella, was issued her Driver's permit last month and has misplaced it I was wondering what we need to do to replace it? She is in school during the day and it would be more difficult for her to come in, can I do this for her?

I just had this issue with my daughter. She took through courtesy driving school. I had to mail a letter requesting a new one along with dates she took class and a $20 money order and they will mail you a copy.
