Do you have a tracking #? Call your lical post office and speak to a supervisor or the postmaster.
I believe they check the blue box across the street at 5:30 and the front closes around 5:15 or 5:30
Boxes were Free durring Christmas season, may still be if you need boxes , of course I'm a P.O. Box holder, nit sure if that's why i got a free box. Hope this helps

I have the same problem too with receiving mail for the previous owner of our house. I just write on the package saying that the person no lingers lives there and to return to sender. I hope this helps. I've had a lot of problems with the post office on Barlow street myself. Good luck!!!
