Williams Kia website advertised that they have two new 2022 Kia Tellurides in inventory, with detailed descriptions of the vehicles and copies of the window stickers. Each ad states "This is going to sell soon." We went to the dealership the day after reading the ad and were informed that the vehicles were not actually in stock, but were scheduled for delivery and were already sold. We were further advised that Williams could not place orders for any additional 2022 or 2023 Tellurides. When we told the salesman that we were not happy to have driven for over an hour to view the vehicles based on their advertising, he replied that was not so bad, other people had traveled for over four hours only to discover that vehicles were not in stock as advertised! Misleading advertising and poor customer service/relations.
