My dog isn't eating anything at all, he will drink water but minutes later he'll hide somewhere and just sleep. It's been exactly 3 days and i can't take him to the vet at the moment cause I'm trying very hard to make some money WHAT SHOULD I DO??!

You can't really diagnosed by a email. You need to take the dog in. Like I said earlier, they're not going to diagnose over the internet.
