I've taken one of my pets here before and the care was great, but last night they dropped the ball big time. My other dog was hit by a car. Immediately I rushed her here thinking they would see her right away. I was wrong. We go in and tell them my dog was hit by a car. Rather than do anything to see if she is ok one of the girls goes to the back. Only to come back out 5 minutes later and turn me away. The reason being because apparently they had "no vacancy" for a big dog and even if they would have, the wait time was four hours. I'm sorry but I just don't understand. I told them no I don't have that kind of time. My dog was hit by a car and I wanted to get her checked out right away. Thankfully Neel took us immediately and because of Neel my baby is going to be ok. I don't think I'll ever be back. Last night was not acceptable for me.

Had to take my husband's puppy here , the staff was kind and very friendly. Service was great even though the puppy did not make it. :(

I took my cat in early this morning and was turned away. What place says 24/7 and turns animals away? They wouldn’t even look at his hurt paw! They told me I could wait until 8 to see a normal Vet. Even though the whole reason I went to this place was because the regular Vets were too busy. Also their nurse was fast asleep on the waiting room couch when I walked in so it wasn’t like she was busy tending to animals. All I wanted was for someone to look at his paw and possibly wrap it up until I could get him into a Vet.

I've been here many times. They'll work with you if things are 2 costly. Much better than Neel's Animal Hospital.

Just saw your question so don't know if you've gotten help for your cat. I would look up the injections she was given and see if that helps. Also how has she gotten worse! Is she eating and drink? Upper respiratory infections can be hard to treat. You definitely need to call the vet that treated her and let them know. Has she been checked for the cat diseases such as FIV and FeLV? It's important that she is drinking and staying hydrated. Good luck.
They are open 24 hours but I'm not sure if they have designated visiting hours. I do know they encourage you to see your fur baby!
I don't know how much it costs there. Shadow stopped breathing on his own even though he had just been intabated. I know how euthanization works from having to make the choice for other pets when they became old and sick. My husband and I always stay with our furbabies when that time comes, you don't have to stay if you don't want to, the procedure is the same. The vet usually takes them to go and insert the IV port. They bring them back to us and let us spend time with them to say our goodbyes. When we are ready. They come back in and give them a sedative to make them sleepy, relaxed and pain free, then they give the last shot that ends the suffering. I hope this has been helpful. It is the hardest decision you never want to make, but, we have to do what is best for our pets so they don't suffer.
We offer different payment options. Please call us for details. 4056317828
I definitely concur with the prior suggestions. The Animal Emergency and Surgery Center is 24 hours, walk-in, and a great place to take your pets.
I would take him to the hospital and tell them you don't much money, and go from there
He needs to see a veterinarian and walk ins are accepted at AEC.
We are an emergency and critical hospital. A daytime veterinarian can’t help you with preventative care.

125$ just for exam.. ended up being 1500.00$ and still don't know what's wrong
I think it's $75 for an office visit. They gave me an estimate for what they were going to do prior to doing any work. I've had a great experience here.
You can't really diagnosed by a email. You need to take the dog in. Like I said earlier, they're not going to diagnose over the internet.
It cost me $75.00 to be seen. After they tell you what they believe is the problem and what they can do and the cost. You decide at that time how you wish to proceed. Since it is for emergencies, it does cost more. If it is not too serious, you could wait and take your pet to your regular vet. They do accept care credit and credit cards.
I went to the animal emergency clinic about 2 months ago it cost is $2,000 so if you can get into the Vet such as Petco PetSmart Western pet clinic that's where I go that's my favorite try to go there but if it's an emergency and nothing else is open then if you love the cat and you're scared for its life take it there they did save my dog however you have to have the money up front
