They were great! We only had around $200.00 and they worked it out for us. My dog had a bad infection in his leg. I was scared he'd lose it but they fixed him up and 2 days later you could tell he was going to be alright. Thank you for helping him keep all 4 legs.

Would not see my actively bleeding dog from ruptured sutures beciase they are at capacity. Didn't even offer a patch or pads or even advice on what I could do. Trash service.

Be careful with this people and what they are selling. They destroyed the life of my doggie. Especially their OWP. Who in the name of God include a Juvenil Ovariohysterectomy without a Warning ⚠️. I didn't know what was that... I actually didn't see that at the beginning in the paperwork so now my puppy won't be a mother ever... nobody explained to me what it was and the consequences until it was done... Again be careful with this people and what they are selling and as a recommendation do not let them touch your dog without supervision.

Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
