Yes you can pay for a day, the price is 17.00
They may have a trial period available to try the gym out. If you're just wanting to pay only on the days you use it, they don't have that. You'd have to get a membership.
Can u bring a quest?
I believe its 15$ for the day. If you ask for a free week they may be open to that aswell
