Called to get a car alarm installed. The man I spoke to talked me out of getting any services from this company. I didn’t call to get his opinion I called to see if service is available. Even with his bad attitude and putting me on hold several times, the price was right so I was ready to schedule but he wants to say “it won’t help you but ok”. I said goodbye and called a few other places that were polite and handled the call in less time. Thanks to rudeness I’ll be getting an alarm installed tomorrow closer to home.

I was having a problem with reception on my XM satellite radio kit. Mark tried to help me over the phone. When I was unable to figure it out , I ended up going down there and he fixed the problem in a few minutes. He's very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend this place.
